Super Heated Steam Cleaning System
Thermatech is one of the cleaning processes that we use for stone cleaning and paint removal jobs across a number of types of structures such as commercial property and heritage sites.
Thermatech is a modular superheated water cleaning piece of equipment that utilises temperatures of up to 150 degrees to effectively clean the desired surface.
With its powerful heat pressure, algae and pollution stains can be easily removed with no adverse effects on the underlying surface.
As well as being an excellent piece of equipment for removing substrate, Thermatech is incredibly friendly to the environment and is designed from the outset to use only high quality, recyclable materials which ultimately reduces reliance on chemicals and boosts the performance of milder agents.
Vortech Cleaning System
Gentle Swirl Abrasive System
The Vortech cleaning system is built and designed with a 'swirl-abrasive' system which when combined with low pressure and a carefully selected abrasive, the Vortech can effectively cleans substrate from the desired surface.
Although the Vortech is essentially a sandblaster by default, with its swirl abrasives, the Vortech is much more gentle than conventional sandblasters. The Vortech can be particularly effective for removing paint from timber beams as well as brickwork when combined with the correct aggregate to facilitate the job at hand.
